Nagori Daal tadka, a balanced and flavorful curry comes from Nagori region of Rajasthan. Whole Masoor daal and tuvar daal are seasoned with hints of dry mango, spices and double tadka with ghee. It goes beautifully with a side of Jeera Rice, Naan or Roti.
